Principal Consultant: Leslie Thompson

LESRISK was founded and is led by Leslie Thompson MBA, MFA, FCSI, a financial risk management pioneer and consultant with 15+ years experience as a senior executive with both financial institutions and government. Formerly a Vice President with UBS and The Chase Manhattan Bank, she also led the start-up operations of the Province of Ontario's treasury operations (OFA). It was as a leader of large-scale organizational change that Leslie Thompson recognized the value of combining risk management and organizational development expertise and augmented her skills with the Rotman Management School's Advanced Program in Managing Strategic Change. Ms Thompson is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and PRMIA.
